He goes to Kamii and learns marine biology, and he handles fish and in the end works for some bigshot marine world with the big fish like sharks and other cool but dangerous species. He barely handles humans, all of goat supports him and he sometimes even gets to go on adventures under the sea and discover new fish. Ayato is very happy

You know, this remind me a lot of 50 First Dates, where the protagonist sails on his boat to do researches on whales (now I’m not sure if it was another animal). 

I can already imagine the girl as Hinami and Ayato trying to conquer her heart day after day, despite the fact that she is incapable of remembering him (even if she does it subconsciously).

omg!! imagine a ghoul setting of him taking her with him to his adventures in the sea and even though she always remembers losing her parents she wakes up to her own kids and ayato as her husband living free in the sea always happy😭
